I've been delivering Avatar internationally since 1995.

When I first heard about the Avatar courses in May 1994, somehow I just knew it was the right thing for me, because it wasn't about finding someone else's answers or being told by anyone else how things are....it simply was finding out how things were for me....my own answers to my own life questions and it was a chance for me to experience using tools I somehow always knew I had, but didn't know quite how they worked or why they didn't work all the time.

All I can say now, is that everything about my life is getting more and more effortless...no more unnecessary 'mind chatter' and I feel more comfortable and relaxed. I laugh a lot. It is the most liberating thing I have ever done and I enjoy being here/now.
